How to Know If Your CBD is Working

How will I know if Sunsoil is working?

Some people feel the effects of CBD the first time that they try it.

But for others, it takes a few days or even weeks for the benefits to become noticeable. Here are some tips to get the most mileage out of your CBD.

Give it time.

Early studies have found that the effects of CBD can build up with consistent usage. If you’re new to CBD, it’s important to set your expectations accordingly. We recommend you stick with your new regimen for at least 2 weeks.

Make it part of your routine.

If you have trouble remembering to take your CBD, it will be harder to realize the benefits.

The solution: add Sunsoil to an existing routine. Try taking your CBD along with your morning supplements, or right before breakfast. The more consistent you are, the more you’ll get out of it.

Write it down.

Since the effects of CBD can be gradual, they aren’t always noticeable right away. Many people tell us that they didn’t realize how well Sunsoil was working – until they stopped taking it.

It can be helpful to keep a log or journal of your sleep patterns, stress levels and aches or pains. Chances are, you’ll see an improvement over the long-term that might have been hard to catch in the moment.

Increase your serving size.

If you’ve followed these tips and you’re still not sure if you’re experiencing the benefits of CBD, try increasing your serving size or frequency. We recommend starting with one 20mg serving in the morning and another 20mg serving in the evening. From there, you can increase your serving size and frequency as needed.
