Business Development Manager

Sunsoil’s Business Development Manager will have a strong foundation in building sales plans that work well for a variety of customers and will be motivated to drive sales and business development in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. This multi-faceted sales manager will be energized by maximizing our sales in a rapidly growing (and developing) organization and category. Our Business Development Manager will work closely with Sales and Customer Services, as well as collaborate cross-functionally with E-Commerce, Marketing, Finance, R&D, and Operations. He/she will help the sales leadership team in developing a centralized sales plan for a breadth of customers that will drive growth of the Sunsoil brand at his/her assigned retailers (largely independent health food stores as well as regional health food chains). This role will require flexing into multiple aspects of sales including trade marketing, sales planning, analytics/reporting, and customer/consumer support. Sunsoil’s Business Development Manager will need to wear multiple hats and be motivated to do so. This role is ideal for a candidate who is results-driven, team-oriented, focused on the customer, and who works well in a dynamic and changing environment.  The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years  of proven working experience in Sales/Business Development (experience in the CPG industry, supplements and/or Natural Channel is preferred). Sales Director, Key Accounts

Sunsoil’s Sales Director, Key Accounts will have a background in building strong customer relationships with the ability to influence/penetrate multiple levels of a retailer. This individual will be motivated to drive sales with existing key accounts while also generating new business in a fast-paced organization. This multi-faceted sales leader will be energized by wearing multiple hats in a rapidly growing (and developing) organization and category. Sunsoil’s Sales Director, Key Accounts will work closely with the Vice President of Sales & Marketing and will be involved cross-functionally, collaborating and influencing with Sales Strategy, E-Commerce, Marketing, Finance, R&D, and Operations. He/she will help the Vice President of Sales & Marketing in developing key account sales goals to drive growth of the Sunsoil brand at his/her assigned retailers.  The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of proven working experience in Sales/Business Development (experience in the CPG industry and Supplements is preferred).
