Shipping Methods and Times

Our Sunsoil CBD oil products typically ship within 24 hours from the time of purchase via USPS. The time it takes for your order to reach you will vary depending on your location, however, most orders should arrive to locations within the continental United States within five (5) business days of processing/shipping using our standard Ground Shipping option. Items shipped via our Expedited Shipping option should arrive no more than three (3) days of processing/shipping. Next Day orders should arrive the next business day after customers have received the shipping notification.

You will receive access to tracking information after your order has been processed for shipping. If you do not receive tracking information, or find that you've received inaccurate tracking information, please reach out to our customer service team. 

Shipping Costs

We offer standard ground shipping at $3.99 on any order. Orders over $75 are eligible for free ground shipping.

Expedited and Next Day shipping options are also offered at an additional cost. 


Customers have the ability to receive Sunsoil products on a regular basis through our subscription program. Those items ordered via subscription will repeat on the same day as your first order, at the interval each customer selects. For example, if you first ordered on a Monday and set up a subscription to occur for a new shipment every four weeks, you will receive a new order and shipping confirmation every four weeks on Monday.

Customers will receive an upcoming shipment notification, allowing them to delay or skip their shipment. If they do not delay or skip the shipment, a shipping notification will be sent to confirm your order. Subscriptions can be changed or cancelled any time should you wish to discontinue your recurring order. 

Returns and Refunds

We are unable to accept product returns at this time, however, we will gladly refund any damaged or defective product that you receive. Please reach out to our customer service team if you've received damaged or defective product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
