Shipping Methods and Times
Orders are fulfilled to ship Monday through Friday, and are typically fulfilled within 24 hours from the time of purchase. Orders placed after 2pm EST on Friday, over the weekend, or on a holiday will be fulfilled on the following business day.
All orders ship via USPS first-class mail which guarantees delivery within the continental United States in 1-5 business days. We do not offer expedited or next-day shipping at this time, nor do we ship internationally. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information upon the fulfillment of your order. This is when the delivery window (1-5 business days) begins, not at the time of purchase.

We offer shipping via USPS first-class mail for $3.99. Free shipping automatically applies to orders of $75 or more, whether a subscription or one-time purchase.
Customers have the ability to receive Sunsoil products on a regular basis through our subscription program ("Subscribe & Save"). Items ordered via subscription will automatically repeat based on the frequency of shipments that is chosen at the time of purchase. For example, if you first ordered on the 15th of the month and set up a subscription to occur on a monthly basis, your next and future orders will automatically process on the 15th of each month. We offer the following frequencies when purchasing a subscription: monthly, every 2 months, every 3 months.
Subscription customers will receive an upcoming shipment notification at least 48 hours prior to when the next order is scheduled to process, allowing them to delay or skip their shipment if need be. If no action is taken, the order will automatically process. Subscriptions can be modified to meet your needs and budget, and can be cancelled at any time if you wish to discontinue the recurring orders.
Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns on any opened product. However, we will happily replace or refund a product if you are not satisfied with what you have received, or if the order was damaged, lost or stolen.
Please contact us at email@example.com within 30 days of placing the order if you are requesting a refund on the purchase price of the product.
Unopened shipments can be refused upon delivery to be returned to our facilities for a refund in full. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
Final sale purchases, or purchases discounted by 50% or more, are non-refundable.
