Every person's experience with CBD will differ. We recommend starting with a 20mg serving of CBD, and waiting a couple hours before taking any more, paying close attention to how you feel/what you notice. In general, it's important to find the "routine" that works for your body and needs. By routine, we refer to the serving size, frequency of use and product format.
Effects are not always immediate, as it can take a couple weeks of consistent use before you begin to notice benefits. Some folks take a couple servings per day, only once per day, or only as needed. It's not uncommon to take more (or less!) than a 20mg serving of CBD, or to use more than one product format.
