    Is it certified organic?

    To earn the USDA Organic seal, companies must adhere to strict standards in farming and processing. Our CBD oil is USDA certified organic. We never use pesticides or herbicides, GMOs or chemical fertilizers on our farms.

    Are the ingredients simple and clearly labeled?

    We keep it simple. Many of our products include just two, organic ingredients: hemp and coconut oil. And we always label ingredients clearly on the back of the bottle.
    Pricing

    Is the price fair?

    We sell our products for 5 cents per milligram of CBD (4 cents if you subscribe.) Unfortunately, some companies charge 2 to 10 times more than that. Because we farm our hemp and keep our products simple, we can make quality CBD while passing on better prices to you. 
    Manufacturing

    Are there lab results available?

    Every batch of Sunsoil CBD oil is tested for safety and potency at three independent, ISO (Independent Standard Organization)-accredited labs, and we publish those lab results on our website.

    Is the manufacturing safe?

    Our manufacturing facilities are cGMP (Good Manufacturing Processes) compliant and FDA registered facilities. Our primary manufacturing facilities also maintain USDA National Organic Program (NOP) certification.

    How is CBD extracted?

    There are three main CBD extraction methods: CO2, ethanol, and lipid extraction. After weighing the options, we discovered that lipid infusion offered the best end-product. Our process uses coconut oil, heat and pressure to naturally extract CBD from hemp.

    Where is it made?

    Where products come from matter, and we’re proud to farm in Vermont. Our home state gives us nutrient-rich soil, an abundant supply of pure water and a tenacious farming community with generations of experience.
